Zibo Beichen Ceramics Apparatus Co.,Ltd was founded in 1990s, Shandong Province.

At start of foundation, we position to be learner and follower in the ceramic and paper industry. So we focus and specialize in supplying equipment to pulp mill and paper making companies, and developed to be a competitive supplier with excellent ceramic products and sincere service to clients in the last 10 years.

For providing products which can meet boosting change demands from customer feedback and market trend, Zibo Beichen took steps in optimizing the manufacturing process, better selecting raw material, and upgrading the equipment. Since 2011, Beichen becomes a qualified pulp cleaner supplier to world leading paper making machinery, and gains reputation by long-lasting wear resistance and high purity.

For a more stable development with excellent products and deeper relationship with clients, Beichen introduced the ceramic paper dewatering element production line and mastered the manufacturing technology of Alumina ceramic cover, SiC ceramic cover and SiN ceramic cover. For pulp cleaning and stock preparation, we provide full-stage cleaning system, high and low density pulp cleaners in varied types and sizes.

We offer hydrocyclone in Forward, Reserve, Through-flow and Combination types for different pulp mill production demands.

The cleaners can handle pulp slurry with consistencies range from 0.5% to 5%.

Long-lasting serving life and high wear resistance are two key demands for equipment in handling stock with high density contaminant like sand, grit, glass, staple and other heavy debris, we provide solution of pulp cleaners in stainless steel, cast iron and carbon steel with ceramic cones lined inside.

For reducing fiber loss, improving accepts rate and enhancing comprehensive production, the high efficient light consistency hydrocyclones with divided design are the best choices. Main materials we apply include PA66 and Alumina ceramics.

For paper forming section, we provide dewatering suction boxes, ceramic dewatering cover and blade elements in Alumina, SiC and SiN.

For guaranteeing product quality and on-time delivery, Beichen built new manufacturing factory in 2016 with floor area 13900㎡ in High-tech Zone.

Key parts of the factory are two workshops and one warehouse together with a office building.

With advanced production equipment, skilled technicians and scientific management, the overall production capacity realized times increase.

For the ceramic cones production line, we own isostatic pressing machine, CNC grinders, electric kiln and gas kiln and skilled grinding technology. We realize the full process production all by own both for ceramic cones and stainless steel cones ceramic lining and grinding. OEM production can also be completed. The comprehensive annual output of ceramic cones reaches 100,000 pieces.

Insights of the manufacturing tells the quality of Beichen ceramic cones

For the mill for paper forming section, five sets of guide rail grinder, 4 sets of CNC and stitching patch in the mill, the production line can complete the new-making of ceramic dewatering covers, blades and box, also the repair and regrinding of used dewatering covers. We can design and manufacture flat suction box with Alumina ceramic cover, vacuum suction box with SiC cover, and felt suction box with SiN cover for paper forming section. Annual output of total length reaches 120,000 meters.

We strictly control every step of the whole production process and follow up closely to the pulp and paper industry by upgrading manufacture skills and gained patent.
